12ft Yurt

Each yurt includes a covered outdoor kitchen area with a picnic bench, crockery, cutlery, utensils and a cool box. You are welcome to use a communal fridge/freezer and you will have access to a USB charging point. If you need more charge you are welcome to plug in in our studio or shala (please ask). We are dog friendly but please ask dogs not to jump on beds. The yurts are distanced apart and each yurt has a wood burner, comfortable beds with professionally cleaned linen, a towel for each guest and some added creature comforts. You will have access to a shower and toilet block with flushing toilets and hot water in the showers as well as compost toilets closer to the yurts.

Whether you are travelling solo, with friends, family, little ones, and your four-legged friends, we are proud to offer something special at our eco retreat centre that connects you to nature and with spectacular views overlooking the Wye Valley.

I cannot recommend Forest Retreats enough. It was the perfect escape from the real world. I went with a few of my friends for my 40th Birthday and came back floating, happy and contented. Such a beautiful place looking over the valley and doing yoga in the woods followed by scrummy pizza (made by Tom) and a soak in the hot tub and sauna looking up at the stars. I also had amazing massage from Hayley and she really worked on the knots in my back. I wish I could go back for a massage every week! Tom and Hayley are amazing hosts and made sure we had a fantastic time. All the girls said they want to go back again so we will be booking again for whoever's birthday it is next for sure!

We have just had another very special stay at Hill Farm… it really is a magical place. The breathtaking views, beautiful woodland, calming surroundings, cosy yurts all make this such a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and reconnect. Hayley & Tom are fabulous hosts; welcoming, friendly & helpful. We have stayed in “Room with a view” in previous years (which we love) but this year stayed in one of the yurts to accommodate all four of us & our dog. This really was “quality family time” - enjoying nature, cooking outdoors, woodland walks, cosy evenings by the fire pit & board games in the yurt with the log burner glowing - just perfect. (Also had a wonderful massage from Hayley - bliss). Thank you Hayley & Tom for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, we can’t wait to see you again soon.

Visited Hill Farm for my 30th birthday last weekend and had a blast! We hired all the yurts and the hot tub area too. It was the perfect place for a big get together of friends and family. The views of the valley below are beautiful and the hosts ensure you are fully prepared for your stay. It rained heavily when we visited and it was not an issue as there is plenty of cover along with the yurts etc. I will hopefully be back for another big occasion :)

I hosted my first Sound in Nature retreat last weekend at Hill Farm. We were a group of 14 from Birmingham. The weekend was perfect with the bonus of spring like weather in October. Hayley and Tom were the perfect hosts with everything considered, super friendly and always on hand with any issues settling in to the new space. We had soundbaths, fires, outdoor hot tub, saunas and the highlight was Tom’s Forest Bathing experience. We are definitely booking to come back next year. Thank you for a stunning stay.
